Every Home Has A Story... Let's Find Yours.

Yen Drumheller-Red flower - white (2)

Who I Am: As a mother of two growing young men—ages 19, a sophomore at UC Davis, and 15, a sophomore at Armijo High—I proudly identify as a first-generation Lao-American, fluent in both Lao and Thai. My educational journey includes alumni status from Armijo High, Solano Community College, and Sacramento State University.

After dedicating 17 years to serving the public at our local courthouse, I decided to transition into real estate. Over the past two years, I've established myself as a trusted professional in the Bay Area, specifically serving Solano, Contra Costa, and Napa counties.

Driven by a passion for assisting my community and committed to delivering exceptional service, I specialize in guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or sellers aiming to maximize property value, I provide personalized attention and expert advice tailored to each client's specific needs.

In addition to real estate, I lead an active life as a sports mom and wife. You'll often find me shuttling between my son's baseball games or cheering on my husband and his team as he coaches the boys’ JV basketball and girls’ JV and Varsity flag football teams at Fairfield High. I also enjoy immersing myself in historical fiction as an avid reader, dabbling in golf and stand-up paddleboarding, and regularly volunteering at my local food bank.

Every home holds a unique story, and I would be honored to be part of your journey in storytelling.

We grow our business to become a stronger, independent network of individuals who benefit as a result of more resources.

WHO YOU WORK WITH MATTERS

Yen Drumheller Collage Profile

Peace—that was the other name for home.

I’ve had the good fortune to sell homes throughout the Solano and Napa area, each one being an opportunity to connect with individual communities. It is this connection with the communities in which I work that has led me to be so passionate about real estate.

If you live here already, you know how blessed we are. If you’re considering living or investing here, you’ve probably experienced some of the area’s extraordinary possibilities: country settings and small-town communities; enthralling agricultural beauty, and true farm to fork lifestyle, If Solano and Napa Counties are your real estate destination, you’ve arrived at the right spot.

When your home is represented by Yen and NAVIGATE REAL ESTATE, it benefits from the worldwide recognition and prestige RESAAS the world's largest network of real estate professionals (466k+) and enables unprecedented scope for network-building, opportunity sharing, and peer-to-peer collaboration. This give our agents exclusive access to global and highly qualified clientele.

Raving Fans...

If you seek a Realtor who will actually work to ensure that you are neither forgotten or take advantage of, then do yourself a favor and choose Yen. Her personal commitment to client's needs and concerns are admirable. Her networking skills, attention to detail, and determination ensure results. Yen’s knowledge of the Solano housing market is top notch and negotiating tact is stellar. I can hardly imagine the buying process proceeding without Yen.

Consulted me on buying and selling a home

Yen was absolutely AMAZING to deal with! She was so patient with me, taking me to see everything I asked to see. She listened to me when I expressed what I was looking for and sent me listings to match my needs and budget. She did a stellar job of communicating with the Seller's agent, and created a collaborative relationship that allowed her to work through the bumps that occurred along the way. She was an incredible ADVOCATE -- she FOUGHT for me when my lender was engaging in shenanigans to slow down the process, and did everything to ensure that we closed escrow on time! She managed every aspect of obtaining all the inspections we needed, and helped ensure that every concern I had was properly addressed. Yen she stuck by my side and sat through the entire document signing process... and THEN came to my new home after purchase to help me figure out how things in the home worked (that collaborative connection she made with Seller's agent really came in handy). She is pleasant, friendly, kind and understanding, and those qualities really helped me work through my anxieties about purchasing a home. If you need a Realtor... YOU NEED YEN!
